Who We Are

Orah Consultancy Services is a staffing and recruitment firm placing talent across the United States and Canada. We work with direct clients, prime vendors, and MSPs to fill contract (C2C/W2), contract-to-hire, and permanent roles across IT, healthcare, finance, retail, e-commerce, data centers, and network infrastructure.

The Beginning

Orah began with career coaching — helping professionals become interview-ready and land roles at companies like Amazon, Google, and Deloitte. Placing those candidates taught us the hiring market from both sides.
